About Karen Davis
Karen has a head for business and a heart for helping others. Having worked in the Real Estate industry since 2005 and bringing over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, Karen joined Berkshire Hathaway Home Services for the respected and admired brand name recognition and for their strong presence in the Real Estate Industry.
As a Realtor® Karen takes pride in representing her clients with exceptional knowledge of the real estate market, business trends and proposed area developments. Karen works with first time homebuyers, sellers looking to either downsize or upsize, investment properties and second homes. As a child my father would take the family to tour open houses explaining the value of location, condition of property, schools and parks. Even though he was a physician he insilled in his family the value of real estate. My mission is to honor the knowledge my father gave me and share my expertise to increase home ownership for all.
